Infrastructure

Vercel (USA): application hosting and edge network. Processes all traffic.

Supabase (EU project region): database, authentication, file storage. Stores workspace content and account data.

Upstash (EU): rate limiting. Processes request metadata only.

AI

Vercel AI Gateway (USA): model call routing. Processes prompts in flight.

OpenAI (USA): model inference under no-training API terms. Processes content needed to answer. Workspaces using BYOK keys operate under their own provider agreement instead.

Composio (USA): managed tool integrations. Processes tool-call arguments and provider OAuth tokens for connected accounts.

Business operations

Stripe (USA): billing. Processes payment and invoice data; card data never touches Pagerox.

Resend (USA): transactional email. Processes recipient addresses and notification content.

PostHog (EU): product analytics and error tracking. Receives event names and allowlisted metadata only, never message content.

Slack (USA): the customer's own workspace platform. Pagerox processes messages via Slack APIs under the customer's Slack agreement.
