Set up a support employee with your voice

A support employee drafts customer-ready replies in your voice, keeps a macro library, and files bugs (with approval) when customers hit them.

  1. 01

    Hire from the Support template

The template seeds a support voice guide, a starter macro library, and an escalation matrix. Rewrite them in your brand's voice; they are scaffolds, not canon.

  2. 02

    Connect your issue tracker

Connect GitHub from the Tools tab. Reads are allowed by default; creating an issue is needs-approval, so nothing reaches your tracker without a human yes.

  3. 03

    Draft, do not send

Ask for a reply to a real ticket. You get a draft grounded in your product knowledge with internal citations. The human stays on send.

  4. 04

    Turn repetition into macros

When the same answer recurs, ask for a macro. The library lives in the org brain, so every employee stays consistent with it.

What you end up with: Customer-ready drafts in your voice, and bug reports that arrive in your tracker already triaged.
